OpenLine Services provides after-hours call intake and notification services for participating law firms.
SMS Notifications
OpenLine Services provides transactional SMS notifications to authorized law firm staff members who choose to receive after-hours intake alerts during onboarding and account configuration.
By providing a mobile phone number for alert routing, the participating law firm confirms that the designated recipient consents to receive operational text message notifications from OpenLine Services related to after-hours call activity, urgent intake submissions, and callback requests.
SMS notifications are sent only to authorized law firm staff members and are used solely for operational business communications.
OpenLine Services does not send marketing or promotional text messages.
Message frequency varies based on incoming call activity.
Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to opt out.

Customer Appointment SMS Terms
OpenLine Services may provide SMS messaging for customer-service and appointment-related communication on behalf of businesses that use OpenLine Services.
These messages may include appointment scheduling assistance, appointment confirmations, reschedule requests, cancellation requests, and responses to customer questions about services, availability, or appointment requests.
Customers may opt in to receive SMS messages by texting the business phone number, calling the business phone number and requesting appointment-related follow-up by text, submitting a form with their phone number, or otherwise providing their mobile phone number for appointment-related communication.
Message frequency varies based on appointment activity and customer-service interactions.
Message and data rates may apply.
Customers may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. After replying STOP, the customer may receive one final confirmation message that they have been unsubscribed.
